Valley First Community Bank Welcomes Attorney
Scott Cohen to the Board of Directors
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz - (Oct. 22, 2007) - Valley First Community Bank announces that Scott Cohen, an attorney with the Scottsdale firm of Sacks Tierney, has joined the bank's board of directors.
Cohen's areas of practice are bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights, civil litigation and the uniform commercial code. His professional associations include the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Turnaround Management Association and the American Board of Certification.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, he has both a bachelor's degree and law degree. In the community, he is the President/CEO of the board of directors at Pardes Day School in Paradise Valley.
