Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation
The Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation (CAREDF) is a nonprofit corporation designed to actively promote and preserve the economic strength of the central Arizona region through actions focused on business recruitment, expansion and retention, and international development and alliances. CAREDF is the largest economic development organization in Arizona that provides industrial land and/or facilities with incentive lease rates. Through our unique public/private joint ventures, we have developed a true low-cost manufacturing and operating environment for national and international technology based industries.
